Build A Box

Choose from eligible Da Finesse products and create a box around what you actually use. Ship monthly or quarterly

How it works

1. Pick your categories. Each slot covers a different part of your routine.
2. Choose your items. Select one product per slot from what's available that month.
3. Your box ships monthly. Same picks each month unless you change them.
4. Swap anytime before the month closes. Keep what worked, trade out what didn't.

What's in a box

Right now boxes are built from three slots: Self Care, Wellness, and a Customer Choice slot you can fill with anything in the Mail Club lineup. More categories open up as we bring in more products.

Stock Up

Larger sizes, multi-packs, and better pricing on the items you go through regularly. Good for the staples you'd rather not think about every few weeks.

Bulk

Bigger orders, whether you're stocking a household, a team, or a small business. If you need a quantity, you don't see listed, tell us on the Demand Board and we'll look into it.

How to plan it

Start with what you reorder most. Buying two or three months at a time usually costs less per unit and saves you a trip back. If you're already a Mail Club member, stocking up pairs well with your box: use the box for variety and stock up on the basics.

Our Demand Board is how we decide what to source next. Tell us the product you want, how much you'd buy, and how often. When enough people ask for the same thing, we look into sourcing it.

Request products, vote on ideas, and let Da Finesse know what you would actually purchase.

What to include

• The product or type of product you're looking for.
• Roughly how much you'd buy at a time.
• How often you'd need it.
• Whether you'd want it in a box, in bulk, or as a preorder.

How requests are handled

Every request is read by a person. Requests aren't orders, and asking doesn't guarantee we'll carry it. Sourcing depends on cost, availability, and how many people want it. But this is the most direct say you have in what shows up here.

When something you asked for comes in, we'll let you know.
