Cancellation policy

Purchase Options:

  • Customers can buy single boxes, bundles, or packages as listed on Shopify.

  • Payment via Shopify checkout (instant pay, debit/credit).

  • Prepaid return labels included for boxes eligible for recycling credit.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours or once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Subscription Tiers:

Personal Drops – Monthly

Business Drops – Monthly

Insider Drops – Monthly (Personal + Business)

Billing & Renewal:

  • All subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Shopify payment gateway.

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current month.

One-Time Purchases:
One-time products can be purchased via Shopify checkout. Returns follow the Return & Refund Policy.
