Da Retailer- Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Each order includes the purchased boxes and a prepaid return envelope or label for recycling.
Shipping Methods:
We use reliable carriers and provide tracking information for each shipment. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Time:
Typically 3–7 business days depending on location.
Payment Methods:
Orders must be fully paid before processing. We accept instant pay, debit/credit, and money orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers. If your shipment is lost, contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
Return & Recycling Credit Policy
Purpose:
We encourage sustainable practices. Customers can return used boxes to us for recycling. This helps the environment and rewards customers who participate.
Eligibility for Credit/Rewards:
Only boxes shipped from Da Retailer are eligible FOR NOW
Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Boxes must be in good condition (not completely destroyed or contaminated).
Each order includes a prepaid return envelope or label for easy return or customers can digitally print a label at home
Credit / Reward Details:
Returning boxes on time earns store credits or discounts for future orders.
Credits can be redeemed toward any future purchase.
Credits expire after [90 days].
Customers who consistently participate may be enrolled in a loyalty rewards program, earning points per box returned or per purchase.
How to Participate:
Pack your used boxes into the prepaid envelope included with your order or print at home
Ship it back to us within 7 days.
Upon receipt and inspection, your account is credited automatically.
Track credits in your account or receive email confirmation.
Exclusions:
Boxes sent outside the prepaid system are not eligible for credit.
Damaged or contaminated boxes may not be accepted for credit.
